As for your questions?

I just forgot to note the location of the sighting marker, so I couldn't include it on the map I put together. And we did forget to move it sometimes: it was our first game, and it was very late! I just didn't mention all that because I didn't want to overcomplicate the report. And I left that aspect of the rules summary out because I expect to do a more thorough review once I've got a few more games under my belt.

And you're right about the problem with the setup of the mortar team. I'd probably follow your advice in a 2nd play.

Cheers,
John ;)"A bit political on yer ass!"https://www.blogger.com/profile/14159828235164365125noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15376630.post-45854212515434185342009-01-21T00:12:00.000+00:002009-01-21T00:12:00.000+00:00Where is the sighting marker? I'm wondering if you played correctly, you do understand that you have to move the sighting marker every time a random hex is chosen, so you will have no control over where it is if and when you draw an Infiltrate A card? Your setup also has the problem that one of the US units can come onto the map and immediately melee the light mortar team. Hard to believe you wouldn't be better off with these guys in Objective 5.David desJardinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15205200038718576331noreply@blogger.com
